Over 30 industry leaders gathered at The Mint to hear data insights, reviewing the lessons of the recent past and gearing up for what lies ahead in the next 12 months.

Within the theme of reviewing the lessons of the recent past, Estelle Pearson Principal, Finity outlined:

For the panel session, industry leaders Dallas Booth (ICA, ex-CEO NIBA), Ming Long (QBE Non-Executive Director), Claire Wivell Plater (Youi Non-Executive Director) and Andrew Hall (ICA Executive Director & CEO) joined a panel discussing the impacts of COVID, recent weather events, climate change, regulatory change and how Directors can engage with Management and their industry peers to reshape the insurance landscape.
