Working at Finity
Learning and development
When you join as a Finity graduate, you are provided learning and development opportunities to set you up for success from day one.
The first week of the graduate program will be dedicated to induction and training to help you get up to speed and settle into your new role. We will take you through what we do at Finity, our ways of working and some introductory technical training. Over your first 12 months you will participate in a graduate technical training program where we will cover the methodologies that you will utilise in your role.
We also run various development conferences throughout the year.
We operate in a hybrid work environment with flexible work arrangements available to all graduates. Our current policy requires our employees to be in the office at least three days a week. We encourage new graduates to work from the office as much as possible to optimise your onboarding, interaction with colleagues and learning journey.
We provide generous study support including:
- Paid study leave
- Assistance with actuarial tuition and exam fees
- Paid IAA membership fees
- Access to study mentoring
- Financial rewards for exam success
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Our Employee Assistance Program provides a free and confidential counselling and advice service for all employees for any personal or work-related matters. This service is available to all Finity employees and their immediate family members.
Supportive and non-hierarchical environment
When you start at Finity as a graduate, you will join a supportive environment which values individual professional development and celebrates success. From day one, you will be assigned a manager and buddy to help you settle in and learn your role and the business.
In our flat, non-hierarchical structure, you are encouraged to share ideas and contribute in your own way. Across your projects, you will have the opportunity to work with, and learn from, our senior leaders. We operate in an open plan office to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across all role levels.
At Finity, we like to connect and socialise, as well as celebrate success and wins as a firm. Throughout the year, we organise various social team bonding events, functions, team lunches and company celebrations.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Finity, we believe that Diversity, Equity and Inclusion are fundamental to who we are, our core values and how we operate. We believe in, and value, a diverse workforce where differences are respected and diversity of thought, experiences, skills, backgrounds and beliefs are brought together in a respectful and inclusive environment.
